These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ibetmy ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern access to and use of the ibetmy website, including all services, features, content and offers available on it.

Using this platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet — is considered full acceptance of all the terms stated here. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

ibetmy reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. The responsibility to review the latest Terms rests entirely with the user.

To register and use ibetmy services, you must meet the following requirements:

• ibetmy reserves the right to request a KYC (Know Your Customer) review, including a copy of your MyKad and proof of address, at any time.

ibetmy accepts deposits via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM30.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• ibetmy does not accept payments from third parties or through methods that are not listed.
• Deposits will generally be credited to your account shortly after payment confirmation is received.
• ibetmy is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor or banking institutions.

All transactions on the ibetmy platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For transactions using cryptocurrency, the current exchange rate will be applied at the time of processing.

Withdrawals from an ibetmy account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour once the request has been approved by our finance team.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a security measure.
• All wagering requirements related to bonuses received must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• ibetmy reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Any withdrawal attempt that appears suspicious or does not comply with the terms will be placed on hold while an investigation is carried out.

ibetmy offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing the balance to RM300 with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM1,000, the bonus is RM888, bringing the balance to RM1,888 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• ibetmy reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus if fraud or misuse is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new user.
• Other bonus offers such as weekly cashback for VIP Bronze, Silver and Gold members will be stated separately in the relevant promotion terms.

All users are required to use the ibetmy platform in a responsible, lawful and ethical manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, betting bots or any third-party scripts to access or manage an account.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonuses.
• Providing false information to the support team to obtain unauthorised advantages.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Any form of technical interference with the ibetmy platform systems.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where appropriate.

All content found on the ibetmy platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, user interfaces, source code and website layout, is the property of ibetmy or the relevant licensors.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or reuse any content from this platform without prior written consent.
• The ibetmy brand name, logo and all related trademarks are protected intellectual property.
• Using any ibetmy platform material for commercial purposes without authorisation is a serious breach that may result in legal action.

ibetmy provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuity of service, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from technical errors.

• ibetmy is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, system downtime or network issues beyond our control.
• Valid game results cannot be disputed on the grounds of technical problems occurring on the user's device or internet connection.
• ibetmy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users.
• ibetmy's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the ibetmy support team via live chat. Account closure will be processed once all active wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending transactions.

ibetmy reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, manipulation or conduct that breaches these Terms.
• The user fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated period.
• The account is found to have been opened by an individual under 21 years of age.
• The user is identified as an individual on an active self-exclusion list.
• A request is received from a relevant authority or law enforcement body.
